DSpace migration
The project involved migrating from UNR’s in-house DSpace 5.6 system to a DSpace Express on DSpace 7. This process included transferring all content, existing SOLR statistics, and previous configuration settings.
The outcome is a new and state-of-the-art DSpace Express that preserves all existing statistics while hosting 7,935 open-access items.
It was a great experience working with Nathan and the UNR team! Through careful planning and collaboration, we were able to create a great new repository, in the form of ScholarWolf. Atmire is proud to have helped create this fully modern and flexible platform which will undoubtedly serve UNR well for years to come.
